Job Title: Rigger - Wireless Engineer Location: Kano

Job Description
  • Periodic visit to Base Stations and Client Premises for QOS Reports
  • Conducting and Managing Site Surveys.
  • Coordinate and Perform all Rigging task
  • Attending to Clients complaints – Troubleshooting and follow up to job completion as may be assigned
  • Installations and Service of Radios and other hardware
Requirements
  • Degree and professional qualification in relevant course
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in similar field

  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Define and communicate customer service standards
  • Review and assess customer service contracts
  • Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards
  • Direct the daily operations of the customer service team
  • Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department
Education and Experience
  • HND/B.Sc: Computer Science, Electrical Electronics Engineering or relevant discipline
  • Relevant Professional qualification is required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ customer service experience in similar job in ISP/Telecomms firm
  • Supervisory experience with in-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
