Job Title: National Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The NBM is the Chief driver of the Vision 33 among the sales team
- To develop the Sales and capital budget for the sales department and be responsible for achieving same
- Develop policies, processes and incentive systems that will drive optimum performance among the sales team
- To organize the sales force towards the achievement of the company’s Sales targets and objectives through the Business Managers.
- To control, monitor, supervise and work with the field force - Business Managers and Reps, to achieve set targets
- To liase with the Marketing department in developing a marketing plan for the company and ensure proper implementation of such plans
- To develop the company’s business evenly among the distributors, representatives and government institutions and parastatals.
- To drive the Mass de-worming program at all levels
- To monitor and respond pro-actively to market situations and competition and competitors activities
- To identify training needs and organize in-house/ on-the-job training and coaching for the field force
- To advise the Management on new product development and market trends
- To advise on possible strategic alliances within and outside the company.
Requirements
- Applicant must have B. Pharm.
- 8 years experience in Sales/Marketing of Pharmaceuticals products
Job Title: Maternal and Child Health Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Monitoring the local area to assess overall health concerns.
- Developing and implementing policy changes and plans to meet any health services needs that arise in a given community.
- Provide outreach services, informing the community about matters of maternal and child health and social services.
- Gathering information and preparing child and/or family data reports.
- Attend required meetings, events, or training seminars as necessary.
- Maintaining effective communication with a wide array of individuals to reach strategic goals
Requirements
- Applicant must have 5-10 years Experience in marketing of pharmaceutical products
- B.Sc/HND in Science background course
Job Title: Non Communicable Disease Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Management responsibility for all services and activities of the Communicable Diseases programs and clinics throughout the District.
- Manage and participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, budgets, and priorities for non-Communicable Diseases clinics and programs.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures; assess and monitor work load, administrative support systems, and internal reporting relationships; identify opportunities for improvement and review with the Director of Clinics and Nursing Services; implement improvements.
- Manage and participate in the development and administration of the non-communicable Diseases program annual budget; forecast funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials, and supplies; may direct the monitoring of and approve expenditures; implement budget adjustments as necessary.
- Perform a variety of public relations duties; participation in radio and television interviews regarding non-communicable diseases and District health care services; collaborate with the Public Information Office to prepare press releases.
- Conduct a variety of organizational and operational studies/investigations; supervise preparation of required statistical reports; recommend modifications to programs, policies, protocols and procedures as appropriate.
Requirements
- Applicant must have B. Pharm. and Master's in Business Administration (MBA) and Marketing.
- 4-5 years experience in Marketing of Pharmaceuticals products.
Job Title: Infections Disease Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Infection Disease Control Manager educate patients and their families, hold community or public outreach sessions regarding disease prevention and conduct education sessions for hospital employees.
- They serve public health interests by implementing disease outbreak intervention procedures in affected areas of the hospital and by notifying the appropriate public health authorities in the event of an outbreak.
- They also collect, record and analyze hospital records and lab reports to assess the extent of a disease outbreak in order to make the appropriate recommendations for action.
- Infection control Manager must communicate with all divisions and departments of the hospital as well as with outside public health offices.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning Medical Reps; following up on work results.
- Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production.

Job Title: Lagos Business Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- To develop the Sales and capital budget for the region and be responsible for achieving same.
- Implement policies, processes and incentive systems that will drive optimum performance among the sales team within the region.
- To organize the sales force towards the achievement of the region Sales targets and objectives through the medical/sales reps.
- To control, monitor, supervise and work with the medical/sales reps to achieve set targets.
- To liaise with the Marketing department through the NBM execute marketing programs for the region.
Requirements
- Applicant must have B. Tech Biochemistry, Master's in Business Administration (MBA) and Marketing is an added advantage.
- 10 Years experience in Marketing of Pharmaceuticals products.
