  • We are currently looking to hire an Admin Officer to form part of our team. This individual will be expected to provide high-level support to department heads in a proactive and efficient manner.
Job Descriptions
  • Manage general office running
  • Provide high level administrative support to departmental heads
  • Ensure timely completion of financial and other administrative audits
  • Prepare regular financial and administrative reports
  • Billing and recovery
  • Manage database and documentation
Requirements
  • Minimum qualification: B.Sc in relevant course
  • At least 2 years experience
  • Professionalism
  • Attention to details
  • High degree of knowledge using MS packages (Especially MS Excel)
  • Ability to multi task
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communications skills
