Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Lekki, Ikota - Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow sales and gross margin for the company while managing staff
  • Manage sales of the company’s products and services in defined geographical areas
  • Manage existing and build new relationship
  • Prospecting for new sales and opportunities
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing available resources
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree / HND preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a sales environment
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent interpersonal, and communication (oral and written
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Knowledge and use of Basic MS Office Suites (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Problem solving, quick decision making ability abs customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and quality.

Salary
N80,000 Monthly.

 

 

Job Title: Sales Attendant

Location: Lekki, Ikota - Lagos
Slots: 2 Openings
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers to the store with a friendly approach
  • Upholding a phenomenal customer service standard
  • Politely attending to customers and answering their questions about our products and services
  • Maintaining a good knowledge about the company's range of products, prices and services
  • Explaining or recommending product packages to increase customers' options to increase patronage
  • Reviewing, confirming and accepting processing orders, operate a price checker and directing customer movement
  • Promoting sales, holiday offers and brand awareness
  • Overall the job is a rewarding experience that affords you the chance to make a positive impact on sales in a rapidly growing indigenous company.

Requirements
Education:

  • HND / Bachelor's Degree
  • NYSC Certificate is required
  • Experience: 1 - 2 years
  • Three Guarantors.

Salary
N35,000 - N40,000 Monthly.
