Job Title: Brand Activation Supervisor

Job Description

- In this role, you will provide strategic and practical advice to boost the Firm’s marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drive transformational brand solution ideas through leveraging and develop relevant content
- Ensure competitive perspectives and differentiated value propositions generated through market relevant insights.
- Coordinate and monitor brand events on a weekly tracking format and provide feedback in report to the project director.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns that will successfully lead to an increase in sales for client’s brand.
- Use knowledge of the market and research to identify and develop
unique experiential propositions and differentiators to the team.
- Report business trends with a view to developing new contents and marketing engagements to project director.
- Develop marketing plans to support brands with updates to the project director.
- Plan, coordinate and participate in brand events
Requirements
- Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other relevant disciplines.
- Demonstrable experience in Brand Activation
- In depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, including the ability to write, review and package proposals and reports.
- Good computer skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant programs
- Good customer service and client management skills
Job Title: Accountant
Location: Lagos

Requirements
The requirements are as follows:
- Bachelor's Degree/HND in Accounting
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting software
- 2 - 4 years demonstrable experience in core accounting
- Candidate should reside around the lekki-Ajah axis
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and organize efficiently
Job Title: Estate Administrator
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- An exciting opportunity exists in an Estate Office for an Estate Administrator.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Co-ordination of Security Men and other Estate Workers
- Management of Estate Janitorial and other Services
- Ensuring Estate services such as Power Supply, Water Supply, etc. shall run efficiently.
- Ensuring that the estate is kept clean via periodic road
cleaning, gardening of common areas, clearing of un-developed plots of
land, fumigation, de-silting of drainages and canals and the nurturing
of plants, trees and other ornamental plants within common areas.
- Implementation of Estate Programmes, Initiatives, Projects
- Implementation and Enforcement of Estate Rules and Regulations
- Collection of Estate Levies, Dues and other revenues accruing to the Estate, keeping records and issuing receipts
- Ensuring the integrity of the Estate Layout is maintained
- Running the Secretariat of the Estate by way of keeping records
of occupancy of the Estate and correspondences with Residents and third
parties
- Producing periodic (Weekly, Monthly) Estate Reports on subjects
such as Finance, Security, Sanitation, Maintenance, Infrastructure etc.
- Representing the Estate on matters related to the Estate. This
shall require liaison with third parties at various locations within and
outside the Estate.
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Estate Management or Urban and Regional Planning or any relevant discipline from a reputable tertiary institution
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
- 1 - 3 experience as an estate administrator
- Candidate should reside around the lekki-Ajah axis
- Knowledge of basic book-keeping
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
