Job Title: Procurement Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- Procurement Manager oversees PO issuance, procurement systems, procurement service and reporting at BFP.
- This position will have a high-visibility role significantly impacting operational efficiency and internal customer experience and stakeholder success, as well as our client's bottom line and profitability.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for day to day servicing of purchasing need of the organization
- Coordinate negotiations with vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products at the lowest possible cost:
- Responsible for selection, engagement of vendors and an updated vendors list.
- Ensure adherence and compliance with the BFP contract supply procedures and regulations
- Conduct a comparative analysis on all supplier prices
- Review and evaluate the performance of the suppliers
- Overall supervision of all operation cost
- Ensure cost control optimizes efficiency to the development of cost budgets, action plan and achieve targets
- Implement and maintain cost control measures
- Contact vendors or agency representatives to obtain availability and product information or to solicit bids; develops requests for quotations; and confers with vendors concerning new products, damaged goods, delayed payments or related information.
- Collect and analyse historical and market information to assess purchasing decisions and recommend improvements.
Qualifications/ Certifications
- The ideal candidate must have proven and relevant track record of 5- 6 years’ experience in an Experiential Marketing agency
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Science or any relevant field of study

Responsibilities

- Create, sell and execute multi-channel, industry-leading creative concepts

Requirements
Here's what you'll bring to the table:
- Strong portfolio equally showcasing conceptual thinking, visual design, and storytelling
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- At least 5-8 years of design work experience at an advertising agency or high-profile brand
- Advanced understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising

Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Summary
- The Operations Manager will organise, develop and maintain Operations and support structure, staffed by high calibre and well-motivated staff utilising efficient, relevant and comprehensive controls to achieve a superior delivery of Service and effective support of the business from the centralised operational function.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Partners with Account team and demonstrates an understanding of the client’s business, needs, and requirements
- Produce weekly status documents with key tasks and deliverables for team members.
- Manage all projects in operations, ensuring timely completion within approved budgets.
- Own the assignment; ensure quality across all aspects of project deliverables
- Liaise with group heads and client service staff in terms of responding to information or requests and communicating all relevant information
- Coordinate activities across team members in multiple locations, encourage and facilitate communication and collaborative execution by scheduling and facilitating project-related team meetings (kick off, internal status, etc), and communicating next steps.
- Proactively identify & communicate schedule and scope changes, predict and escalate resourcing issues and program issues as appropriate, and work with appropriate parties to develop solutions
- Project post mortem – attend with client service and communicate back to group heads.
- Evaluate, plan, implement and maintain all the brand office projects within agreed time and budget constraints

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in project management, marketing, advertising or equivalent, relevant experience.
- 5+ years of work experience in a BTL agency managing projects, client needs and creative deliverables.
- Must have a proven track record of successfully managing both high-profile initiatives as well as smaller more detail-oriented projects.
- Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings.
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills with impeccable responsiveness and follow-through on details.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- The Account Manager will act as the day-to-day head for selected clients, working directly with assigned producers, designers and account managers to oversee campaign initiatives, while simultaneously providing clients and unprecedented level of communication efficiency.
- This role will report directly to the Account Director.
Role Priorities
- Client Counsel: Act as agency’s lead contact for key accounts, streamlining internal and external client communication throughout the campaign/project management process
- Brand Strategy: Guide and counsel leading brands within our client's portfolio. Develop and deliver creative ideas that meet client objectives using a wide arsenal of experiential tactics including live events, social media, emerging technology, and strategic partnerships. Work with new business team and strategy teams to respond to RFPs and proactively identify ways to further engage and grow assigned accounts
- Team Leadership: Liaison between Operations, Creative Services, Brand Influence departments and the Client to ensure all contracted deliverables are executed and deadlines met, implementing and managing all necessary internal and external processes to ensure proper communication flow and manage expectations.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as main point of contact for key clients, overseeing client communication and expectations during the campaign production and campaign execution process
- Responsible for sustaining and renewing client contracts
- Prospecting and developing new client relationships within a defined geography or market
- Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions and experiential opportunities for the brand

Personal Expectations
- 5+ years of experience in account leadership, campaign/event management, marketing, advertising, digital PR, and experiential
- Familiarity with developing integrated campaigns that include paid, earned, social, and owned media for brands.
- Proven track record of client leadership and account growth
- Experience in an agency environment; must be process-oriented and highly organized
