We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Officer

Location: Abule Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Inspecting properties before listing them on the market.
• Giving information to client that will raise the value of properties.
• Being the chief negotiator and primary point of contact for all paperwork, including contracts, deeds, and closing statements.
• Preparing official, written offers for buyers based on property inspections.
• Guiding and directing buyers and sellers through the closing process, in order to complete transactions successfully.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Realtor or any related work
• Knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
• Successful sales record.
• Ability to work independently.
• Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
• Responsible and ethical.

Salary

• N50,000 - N300,000 monthly.
