Paradigm Finance is a digitally enabled finance company in Nigeria that provides finance to mass and middle-income employees and structured businesses in selected markets.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Managing databases and filing systems
• Liaising with staff, clients etc
• Collating and filing expenses
• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the principal
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• Organising events and conferences
• Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
• Carrying out miscellaneous tasks to support the principal.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related courses
• 1 - 3 years’ experience in similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to be proactive and take initiative
• Basic knowledge of Ms suites
• A Multilingual ability is an added advantage.
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Flexibility and adaptability

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
