About the Job

• We are looking to hire a Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our CM.
• Personal Assistant’s responsibilities include providing administrative support, organizing meetings/projects, managing calendars, travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
• Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the leadership team. 

About You

• To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Discretion and confidentiality are key.
• Agility is a core value you must have.
• You must have a degree, with excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• You also need to be very conversant with Microsoft Office suite.
• This role is temporary role
