Poverty Reduction and Rural Women Empowerment Initiative (PRRWEI) is a Microfinance Institute established to help rural women grow their business and increase productivity.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operation Officer

Location: Omu-aran, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Ensure compliance with best business practices throughout organization
• Implement improved operational measures and policies that promotes efficiency
• Track and maintain budgets of operational costs.
• Report to and assist Chief Operating Officer in daily tasks and duties
• Ensure company policies align with and advance business objectives
• Strategically map-out, plan, and manage projects
• Analyze and maintain operational data

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
