  • The Production and Maintenance Manager shall have Overall responsibility/ownership for safe operation, production and maintenance activities/tasks in the plant operational area
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for a functional O&M department capable of supporting LNG production on a 24 hour continuous basis.
  • Develop and implement maintenance management system in conjunction with maintenance manager
  • Develop and take ownership of O&M manuals and procedures and ensure available resources to support safe O&M activities
  • Set KPI for all O&M positions and activities
  • Owner of PTW including functionality/improvements, isolation's standards competencies, issuing precautions, compliance, auditing, PTW manuals and authorizations
  • Ensure all equipment and plant to be handed over for maintenance is correctly isolated and in safe state for personnel to undertake tasks
  • Ensure control and management of personnel accessing the operational areas
  • Submit yearly O&M plans and budget to plant manager for approval
  • Clearly define and communicate roles/responsibilities to all O&M personnel
Qualifications and Personal Attributes
  • The ideal candidate must be a Chemical Engineer with demonstrated experience in Management of operations and maintenance in LNG plant.
  • More than 15 years experience in Oil and Gas out of which 5 years must be hand-on LNG O&M management experience
  • Must be experienced in leading O&M improvements processes and management
  • Must have proven track record of Skills in setting O&M priorities to support production
  • Skilled in planning and execution of O&M and production targets
  • Knowledge in development and implementation of Competency Assurance Management Systems
  • Knowledge in development and implementation of Emergency Response functionality, PTW system and ensuring capability.

  • The Production Coordinator shall be responsible for planning, directing, determining quantity Timing of delivery of consumable, and coordinating all activities in order to deliver the products at the stipulated time and in good condition.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the operation activities
  • Organise production duty roster/manpower schedule to meet operational targets
  • Prepare production planning in synergy with Sales and Planner/Scheduler
  • Monitoring, and control of production data in coordination with maintenance department and P&M Manager
  • Coordinate with sales to meet customer delivery timelines

Responsibilities
  • Ensure reliability of plant and equipment for optimum production
  • Manage the maintenance management system and also set clear performance indicators for all maintenance activities
  • Strong track record in operational delivery of HSSE processes and communication as HSSE is the most important of the KPI’s.
  • Implementation of agreed maintenance strategy
  • Ensure all equipment and plant are at maximum availability for safety and production
  • Develop and implement check lists & routines for plant and equipment including timely completion to agreed standard
  • Initiate a PTW review team within maintenance to improve safety for maintenance tasks.

  • Develop process equipment specifications and data sheet

  • Maintenance Coordinator shall support the Planning Department at the LNG facility in providing safe, efficient, reliable, and financially sound operations
  • He shall report to the Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities
  • Shall coordinate scheduled inspections and corrective maintenance based on manufacturer recommendations, best practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain equipment records, maintenance plans procedures, schedules, and test forms within the SAP Plant Maintenance Module
  • Attends daily and monthly planning meetings to provide input and coordinate work activities
  • Supports the scheduling of outages, vendor services, and equipment shutdowns
  • Prepares automated and manual work order packages, researches maintenance history and identifies required parts to ensure timely scheduling and completion of work orders and preventive maintenance tasks
  • Strategically conducts walkdowns to verify engineering documents and assess plant conditions
  • Determines material, manpower, and service requirements while supporting capital and O&M costs within the work order system
  • Interfaces with technicians, supervisors, and operators to clarify issues regarding scope materials, and testing requirements

Responsibilities
  • The Power Plant Coordinator is responsible for operation and maintenance of gas engines, diesel generators and 11KV power distribution

Responsibilities
  • The LNG loading Supervisor shall coordinate with the control room and logistics department for smooth operation of LNG loading
  • Responsible for safe loading of LNG trucks
  • Responsible for routine maintenance in the loading bay/area
  • Responsible for supervising LNG loading operation

  • Shift Production Supervisor shall ensure agreed Production volumes are met, in a safe and sustainable manner with no incidents or harm to the environment, people or the asset through developed and motivated staff.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for achieving targeted production volumes and LNG loading operations in a safe manner by controlling DCS operations and LNG loading operations
  • Responsible for issuing PTW to the respective maintenance supervisors for the routine plant maintenance

  • Responsible for generating and issuing shift production reports

  • The Planner/Scheduler shall be responsible for developing short and long term Production Forecast, Gas Schedules and for monitoring the LNG and LPG inventories.
Responsibilities
  • Planner/Scheduler shall be responsible for the preparation and timely issue of all assigned Production Forecast reports, as they relate to the Facility production and performance, at frequencies as dictated by the relevant Business Process and Contractual Sales and Use Agreements
  • Planner/Scheduler will also be responsible for compiling all relevant data, as they relate to historical and projected facility production, performance KPIS, and projected scheduled maintenance interventions in order to issue, develop and maintain a required Production Plans and Gas Schedules
  • Perform data validation and analyses, by applying appropriate analytical tools and systems to deliver these activities effectively
  • Planner/Scheduler shall take Lead Role in the preparation of all short term and tong term Production forecast and schedules including, but not limited to, the Five Year Production Plans, Annual Production Plans, Ninety Day Forecast and Weekly and Daily Gas Supply Schedules, LNG and LPG Transportation/lifting Schedules.
Qualification and Personal Attributes
  • The ideal candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering discipline and must have at least 10 years experience, 5 of which shall be in hands-on LNG/Power plant O&M setting
  • Must be a certified Project Management Professional with SAP knowledge in maintenance module
  • Must be competent in the use of primavera P6 software as well as other project management tools.
