Job Title: IT Officer

Location: Arepo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Installation and configuration computer hardware, software, routers switches, printers and network
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely
  • Local Area Network (LAN) and Internet monitoring.
  • Interface with the Company’s consultants on Information technology (IT) related matters
  • Procurement of computer systems and network hardware components, installation, and configuration
  • Regular System backup
  • General administrative support
  • Perform any other duties assigned
  • Server/Software Administration
  • Providing general computer services.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc qualification with at least 2 years work experience.

 

 

Job Title: Store Officer

Location: Arepo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Oversees the receipt, storage requisitions and disbursement of supplies and materials to the production department or to the customer.
  • Maintains the store and record area in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Receives and store cables for sales to prospective customers.
  • Count goods received and issued.
  • Stocks materials according to a prescribed inventory system.
  • Daily inspection of items.
  • Keep track of and record all outgoing and incoming shipments and ensure that they have been filled correctly.
  • Compute freight costs and prepare invoices for other parts of the organization.
  • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
  • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
  • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
  • Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND, B.Sc qualification with at least 3 years work experience.

 

 

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Arepo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Reports issue(s) of faults and maintenance of forklift to maintenance sectional head or authorized person for rectification.
  • Updates record of activities in the activity log as required.
  • Checks water level, gauge the oil and other preparations to ensure that the forklift is in good condition.
  • Cleans the forklift once every week.
  • Inspects for damage to vehicles and schedules vehicles for maintenance and repairs
  • Examines the general state of the machine.
  • Loads, unloads, ships and receives warehouse items
  • Optimizes loads to ensure operational efficiency
  • Carries out logistic arrangements and storage of empty and full reels in conjunction with the sectional heads or supervisor on duty.
  • Moves the general transportation of goods (e.g. cables, raw materials, drums, wires etc) from one place to another or from one machine to another.
  • Collects and submits forklift key to appropriate place every day
  • Obeys safety practices to ensure production is as efficient and as safe as possible
  • Adheres to safety management standards
  • Adheres to production schedules
  • Adheres to company’s safety rule
  • Observes and follows the company’s policies and regulation

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE certificate required
  • 3-5 years of experience as a fork lifter machine operator
  • 2+ years’ experience in manufacturing operations
  • Clean driving record and a valid driver’s licence

 

 

Job Title: Quality Control Laboratory Inspector II

Location: Arepo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Ensures correct handily gauging testing equipment assigned to him.
  • Ensures that non-conforming items are not processed.
  • Records inspection results by completing reports, summarizing reworks and wastes and inputting data into quality database
  • Drafts reports to document deficiencies and errors of products
  • Communicates the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions
  • Carries out specified tests on running products in the sheds
  • Keeps measurements equipment safely and calling for repairs when necessary.
  • Ensures adequate care of testing/measuring equipment in the laboratory
  • Ensures operation reflect quality standards and procedures
  • Monitors production operations to ensure conformance to company specification
  • Adheres to company’s policies and regulations
  • Reviews blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods
  • Monitors the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet the requirements
  • Inspects products to ensure that they meet quality standards
  • Creates tests for quality control products
  • Disassembles products parts to inspect them individually.
  • Confirms proper/safe usage of Quality Control test equipment.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 2 years work experience.
