  • We are looking for candidate whose responsibility would include handling financial and accounting duties.
Responsibilities
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.
  • Perform other accounting duties as directed.
Qualifications
  • Must have a B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Banking and Finance or related field of study.
  • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Must reside within Ajah, Sangotedo and its environs.
Salary N50,000 monthly.     Job Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Lagos Job Description
  • We are seeking to recruit an administrative assistant whose responsibility would include providing administrative and clerical support to the team.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Must possess a minimum of OND in Business Administration or related field of study.
  • Must be resident around Ajah, Sangotedo and its environs.
  • Must be ready to resume immediately.
