Job Title: Account Management / Credit Control Officer
Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Formulation of the company's credit policy to mitigate unnecessary risk
- Reviewingcredit applications and credit references to set credit limits and ensure credit worthiness
- Preparing journal entries, credit notes and assisting with month end
- Review and report on Aged Debtors
- Regularly meet and negotiate terms with third party debt collection agencies
- Manage write-offs, bad debt provisions and setting up of payment plans
- Assisting the broader accounts team
- Regularly reviewing the process and procedures to reduce debtor days
Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 - 4 years cognate experience as an Account Management / Credit Control Officer in an Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- Previous experience ofend-to-end credit controland accounts receivable processes
- Professional Certification in Accounting, Finance or Internal Control is an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Working knowledge of Credit law with Staff management experience
- Accounting and reconciliation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills especially during difficult customer negotiations
- Ability to build relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task
- Intermediate Accounting software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages

Job Title: Enterprise Sales Executive
Location: Lagos

Job Brief
- The candidate would be responsible for customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. The candidate will be responsible for maximizing the company’s sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities
- Actively involved in sales of Internet solutions such as UTM, IP Telephony, Hosting, Security, Disaster Recovery, Cloud and Data Backup, Infrastructure and other Value-added and professional solutions
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Designing and implementing a strategic business/sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Requirements
- BSc / MSc Degree in Information Technology or related field; Certification in Sales or Marketing will be an asset
- Minimum of 4 years’ Cognate experience as an Enterprise Sales Executive with an Internet Service Provider is a must.
- Vast experience with sales of Internet solutions such as UTM, IP Telephony, Hosting, Security, Disaster Recovery, Cloud and Data Backup, Infrastructure and other Value-added and professional solutions
Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
