Responsibilities
  • Conducts a brief clinical assessment that determines the clinical urgency of the clients’ presenting health concerns and culminates with the allocation of a care category, which determines the time and sequence in which they receive services, to provide an opportunity for analysis of several health parameters as well as ensures that the quality and accuracy of triage decisions are central to appropriate clinical care.
Minimum Recruitment Standards
  • Registered Nurse with at least 3-5 years working experience with a public health program.

Responsibilities
  • Under the supervision of State Program Advisor and OSS Clinical Lead, he/she is the first point of contact with the KPs or any other person entering the OSS, register clients according to established protocols, assist clients to complete all necessary forms and documentation, ensure clients information is accurate, inform Clients of medical office procedures and policy.
Minimum Recruitment Standards
  • B.Sc/ND/HND in Administration/Secretarial Studies
  • 3-5 cognate experience in a similar or related field.

Responsibilities
  • Under the direction of Senior Compliance Officer, the position holder will carry out independent appraisals of the effectiveness of polices, procedures and standards by which AHNi's financial resources are managed.
Minimum Recruitment Standards
  • B.S/B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration or its recognized equivalent, and 3 - 5 years relevant experience.
  • Or M.S/M.A Degree in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration or its recognized equivalent, and 1-3 years relevant experience.
  • 1-3 years experience in internal control functions
  • Familiarity with U.S. Government grants or other client funded programs, contracting and auditing standards as they apply to effective management of multi-year funds is required.
  • CPA, ACA, ICAN, CIMA, CFE or any other relevant professional qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and technical support related to clinical management of HIV/AIDS and Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) to Key populations (MSM, FSW and PWID)
  • Will also provide ART services to Key Populations in line with current World Health Organization (WHO) recommendations and national guidelines both at the OSS and through mobile ART sites.
Minimum Recruitment Standards
  • MB.BS or similar Degree with 5 to 7 years relevant experience with at least 3 years of progressive experience working in Key populations program in Nigeria
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in care and treatmentfor HIV/AIDS especially with HIV program
  • Possession of an MPH or Postgraduate Degree in a related field is an added advantage
  • Proven experience in project development, planning and facilitating technical training
  • Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health system and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
  • The Laboratory Scientist is to provide Laboratory services to members of the Key populations and their partners at One-Stop-Shop (OSS), also will perform laboratory tests to produce reliable and precise data to support provision of the continuum of HIV treatment services
  • Will equally prepare Dried Tube Specimen (DTS) panels for IQC and EQA (Proficiency testing) to support HTS on the project.

  • AMLSC with at least 5 years of progressive experience with a GF or PEPFAR supported laboratories.

Responsibilities
  • The Pharmacist will be providing pharmaceutical care services and support medication adherence counselling services at One-Stop-Shop (OSS) for Key Populations (KPs) and their partners
  • Dispense Antiretroviral drugs (ARVs) and other medication in line with approved regimens and standards, also maintenance of transaction records and inventory management tools as required to ensuring transparency in commodity management records, ensure timely, accurate and timely reporting of logistics reports to facilitate stock replenishment and accountability.
Minimum Recruitment Standards
  • B.Pharm, Pharm.D with at least 5 years of progressive experience with a GF or PEPFAR supported laboratories.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing education about HIV-related issues and adherence counselling services at One-Stop-Shop (OSS) for Key Populations (KPs) and their partners as well as to provide psychosocial and continuous support as well as treatment/PrEp preparation to KPs and their partners in the OSS.
Minimum Recruitment Standards
  • 3-4 years experience, 1 year of which should be as an Adherence Counsellor in HIV service delivery
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literacy.
