Job Title: Assistant Finance Manager
Location: Lagos
Role Responsibilities
- Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
- Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning
- Producing long-term business plans
- Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
- Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
- Managing budgets
- Developing and managing financial systems/models
- Carrying out business modelling and risk assessments

- Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.
- Providing and interpreting financial information
- Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends

Requirements and Qualification

Job Title: Quality Control Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Maintains quality standards by approving incoming materials,
in-process production, and finished products; recording quality results.
Job Duties
- Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications;
conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning
unacceptable materials.
- Approves in-process production by confirming specifications;
conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required
adjustments to production supervisor.
- Approves finished products by confirming specifications;
conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work;
confirming re-work.
- Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs;
summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.
- Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions; calling for repairs.

Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Lagos
Main Responsibilities
- Implement systems and procedures to ensure manufacturing
operations of the factory meets production plans, product quality and
cost standards.
- Ensure quality orientation and identify quality improvement
programmes to improve the cost effectiveness of the manufacturing
process for the factory.
- Monitor working conditions to ensure the continued provision of a safe and healthy working environment for the factory.
- Maintain all necessary records to ensure effective monitoring of the manufacturing process in the factory.
- Ensure that appropriate standard operating procedures (SOP’s) are developed and maintained for all aspects of the business.

Standard Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the production operational budget.
- Review of factory settings and analyzing the requirement for optimum production
- Prepares the production schedules for the facility’s different
production lines to ensure proper and full utilization of machines &
manpower.
- Develops and implements manpower plans (i.e. shifts) to maximize employees efficiency.
- Co-ordinates with the sales Depart. to facilitate production and operations based on the market demand
- Participate with the Executive Management in setting a production strategy that complies with the market trend.
- Reviews and approves productions plans and programs that best meet the requirements.
- Review maintenance plans and approves its implementation in a way that insures minimum disruption of operations.
- Direct and supervise daily production activities through close
monitoring and coordination with the foremen, line operators &

Requirements/Key Skills
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a soup and detergent manufacturing company.
- Ability to effectively run the production operations
- Ability to supervise operations in compliance with the approved production schedule
- Excellent knowledge of Soap, Soap Products , Detergent - production thereof.
- Co-ordinates with the sales function to facilitate production and operations based on the market demand
- Communicates the production goals and objectives to the Sales & Marketing Manager and Warehouse Supervisor.
- Periodically updates and consults the Executive Management on the status and production performance of each production line.

Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Operating and maintaining all types of heavy equipment
- Translating the blueprints and dimensions on drawings to perform aligning, loading, operating, and other related tasks
- Oiling and greasing the machines and ensuring their proper work ability
- Adjusting the operating speed and controlling the load of the machines
- Arranging and setting up the material handling equipment and machineries
- Monitoring the machine operations to see that the finished
products and components are aptly matching with the quality and quantity
constraints of the company
- Providing minor specifications to upgrade the systems as required
- Examining and discarding defective goods and packaging components
- Replenishing, stocking, and sorting the packaging supplies
- Loading and placing the prepared commodities in appropriate depot locations
- Recalibrating and cleaning the machineries after completing the production activities
- Maintaining a report of the total measure of goods manufactured per day
- Checking the newly installed machines for their efficiency and delivering a report for the same to the senior officials.
Requrements/Skills
