We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: NSN Access MW BO Engineer Location: Nigeria Job Description

  • Technical support for NSN MPR and UBT family radios
  • 2nd level fault diagnostics and resolution on Access NSN MPR and UBT radios.
  • Provide High level support to field teams for fault resolution
  • Carry out periodic health checks on the MW links
  • Capacity and configuration management on access MW radios.
  • TT handling within SLA
  • Carry out CR implementation as may be required
  • Actively engages and partakes in interdomain related support.
  • TX optimization report analysis and detailing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related technical discipline,  preferably with 4 years or above relevant working experience..
  • Basic understanding of IPRAN
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar role.
    Job Title: NSN RAN BO Engineer Location: Nigeria Job Description
  • Technical support for NSN RNC 450, 2600 and NOKIA FLEXI BSC Platforms.
  • Routine RNC/BSC /BTS/Node B/eNode B O&M troubleshooting.
  • Performs 2nd Level fault diagnosis, Performance degradations ad resolution on RNC/BSC/BTS/Node-B levels.
  • Provide High level support to field teams for fault resolutions.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of Operations & Maintenance processes alongside other related domains.
  • Alarm interpretation, diagnostics, resolution & performance management
  • To engage directly with projects team, and customer for the purpose of promoting and delivering strategic solution and services.
  • Responsible for development of checklists required for RAN deliverables.
  • To carry out CR implementations as may be required.
  • TT handling within SLA.
  • Attends customer interfacing meetings as may be required.
  • Actively engages and partakes in interdomain related support.
Qualifications
