Job Title: Administrative Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and maintaining office equipments and inventory supplies
- Creating, updating, and maintaining personnel records, financial records, and other records and databases
- Updating office policies and procedures
- Scheduling company calendar and updating as needed
- Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures
- Supporting department managers, staff, and CEO
- Organizing conference room scheduling, equipment, and cleaning
- Preparing travel arrangements for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets
- Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair (heating and air conditioning, security, etc.) and updating (carpet cleaning, painting, etc.).
- Organizing special functions and social events
- Purchasing computers, printers, supplies, and other equipment
Requirements
Candidate is expected to:
- Have a University Degree; Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Possess work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
- Have solid knowledge of office procedures
- Have experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Possess strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. In this position, the qualified candidate will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Tertiary school diploma(OND/HND) in Business Administration or other related field.
