Job Title: Information Technology Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Candidate will support planning and implementing of enterprise IT systems in support of the business operations in order to improve cost effectiveness, service quality and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
- Candidate should be able to optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Candidate will assist the Business Development Team for live demos of solutions to clients and potential clients
- Candidate would also assist in lead generation for I.T solutions managed by the organization
- Candidate must be a team player who exudes calmness and patience especially when dealing with team members with little knowledge of I.T peripherals or functionalities of in-house solutions
- Should be able to work with little or no supervision
- Candidate must also have a good knowledge of graphics design
- Coordinate and facilitate consultation with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
- Support the prioritisation, project control and projects portfolio as they relate to selection, development, and installation of major information systems
- Support hardware & software contracts management.
- Help Define and communicate policies, and standards of the organization for acquiring, implementing, and operating IT systems.
Operational Management:
- Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of IT systems performance
- Ensure IT systems operation adheres to applicable laws and regulations
- Establish lines of control for current and proposed information systems
- Keep abreast with trends and issues in the IT industry, including contemporary technologies and implications for our business
- Promote and support strategic relationships between internal IT resources and external entities, including government, vendors, and partner organizations
- Support the recruitment, development, retention, and organization of all IT staff in accordance with corporate objectives and personnel policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Should possess a minimum of 3 years in IT process management and auditing.
- Proficiency in web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Enterprise environment.
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
- Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
- Must be a disciplined, well-spoken and outgoing individual
- Must have knowledge of Information Security
- Must have basic knowledge of Information Technology Policy and Planning Information Technology Service Operations. I.T and Risk Management
- Good presentation skills
- Age between 23-30
- Must be comfortable with hardware networking environment.
- Must have a strong knowledge of industry based operational software.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of business communications solutions (IPBX, IP PHONES)
- Must have above average report writing skill
- Must be someone who works in a tidy manner and delivers scheduled activities on time.

- Planning, supervising and coordinating administrative functions
- General accounting task, including reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts and general ledge operations
- Preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
- Ensure all expenses are within signed project budget and verify the completeness of all required supporting documentation for all payment’s vouchers
- Preparing and resolving of invoice issues. Reconciles general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information
