JOB TITLE:  BUSINESS ANALYST IN Corporate Planning & Business Strategy: Ref No: CPB 001

Requirements

• A graduate of engineering with strong MBA or Economics plus Finance degree or as postgraduate degree.
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in upstream oil and gas is a requirement.

JOB TITLE:   PETROLEUM ENGINEERING DISCIPLINE - Ref No: EDD 001
Requirements

• A graduate with hands on experience in the oil and gas regulatory matters with DPR, NCDMB and NIPEX business engagements.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the commercial activities of proposals and tendering is a requirement.

JOB TITLE:  LEGAL OFFICER - Ref No: LEG 001

Requirements

• A mature commercial law graduate having a minimum of 5 years post law school experience with an analytical mind to develop and prepare concise legal opinions and reports on oil and gas transactions, policies, processes and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of legal contracts, deeds, leases and other legal documents.
• Perform research and analysis of legal problems and issues.
• Experience in mergers and acquisition will be an added advantage.
