We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Maintenance Planner/Scheduler
Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Contracts
Job Nature: Rotation (2 weeks on/2 weeks off)
Main Functions
To be responsible for the planning and scheduling of all Maintenance activities. Should have good understanding of safety, health, and environmental requirements (SHE), work selection criteria, work planning, norms estimating, procurement practices, business practices and controls, contractor interface awareness, development of job packs, etc. Skilled in scheduling work tasks to ensure efficient resource utilization, excellent coordination between operations (equipment readiness / permitting), material availability, construction equipment support, and labor crew (skills) composition and assignment.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Demonstrates SAFETY is the top priority
- Participates in planning with Core/Work Teams
- Plans and schedules any Routine Maintenance work required
- Works with Planner in developing schedule, cost estimates and equipment planning for Routine work to be accomplished during the Turnaround window
Requirements, Skills and Qualifications
- Years of closely related professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering within an applicable discipline, appropriate certification(s) within discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely convey recommendations to management
- Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
- Proficient in selected scheduling and planning software
- Able to apply planning logic, such as, lead, lag, critical path and milestones.
- Demonstrates good leadership skills in Work Team meetings to remove barriers and steward action items and cost profile to work plan and cost estimates. Able to adequately assess work contingencies with schedule impact, lead coordination activity between teams should contingencies arise.
- Able to plan complex job and develop resource plan with Scheduler, Execution lead, and Operations across all disciplines. Able to identify and monitor critical and sub-critical paths for major events.
- Able to apply advanced functions of Planning & Estimating Tools, as applicable to the position. Able to educate field execution personnel on look-ahead schedules, and help ensure timely work progression.
- Able to provide input to maintenance work Contracting/Procurement strategy and steward to that plan. Able to resolve scheduling issues, including: Negative Float, Out-of-sequence updates, resource overloads, scope change, progress validation, etc.
- Able to develop a complete job plan with materials, resources and timeline.
- Able to provide input into material of construction selection and management.
Job Title: Security Supervisor - Expat
Location: Nigeria

Job Nature: Standard Schedule (4 weeks on/4 weeks off)
Main Functions
- The Security Supervisor supports applicable functions, units and projects, meeting deliverables, responding to management requests, identifying staffing needs, reviewing and endorsing applicable plans or procedures, and facilitating various committees.
- This job role ensures that the tools, resources, and support are fit for purpose, providing stewardship, analysis, direction and supervisory support to drive the organization to achieve the corporate vision of "Nobody Gets Hurt".
- It is recognized that the Security Supervisor job role is a player coach role and so a mix of technical and supervisory skills are required to ensure success.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of appropriate security processes and programs for operating assets and projects or for internal Global Security processes.
- Lead complex security process and program updates.
- Lead security aspects or Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) assessments, security risk assessments, Quality Assurance Security Review (QASR) or other security processes for area of operations.

Main Functions
- Leads implementations of security program at a site or a group of sites in accordance with regulatory requirements and Client security processes, including Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) requirements and Global Security Recommended Practices.
- Mentors other security personnel on site and develop training roadmaps and plans to further develop individual security competencies of site security personnel.
- Apply in depth understanding of security process and business operations to solve routine issues independently.
- Demonstrate security leadership by collaborating on cross functional teams to solve complex security issues across business and service lines and or geographical regions.
- Becomes a subject matter expert in site security operations for sites within operating portfolio.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of security program for site(s) to meet applicable Company and regulatory requirements.

Main Functions
- Logistics Advisor provides logistics subject matter expertise. May include aviation, marine, shore base, ground transportation and camp services to deliver safe reliable and cost efficient logistic services.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide technical input into logistics strategies and plans to support "Operating Organizations"
- Provides technical support and input for logistics activities and interface coordination with "Clients" to support transportation of materials and equipment into, within, and from the country of operation.
- Provides technical support in managing interfaces with procurement and warehouse services including tax and customs, expediting, shipping/receiving, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), inventory management.
- Supports Logistics Management to ensure logistics service companies comply with all prevailing regulatory, environmental and statutory requirements.
- Provides technical expertise and facilitates consistent coordination of Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS), Controls Integrity Management System (CIMS) and Logistic best practices.

Main Functions
- Responsible for importing, cleansing, validating and analyzing data with the purpose of understanding or drawing conclusions from the data. May consolidate and/or present data in charts, graphs, or tables.
- Focused on improving data quality.
- Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
- This position would typically include senior Data Analyst with extensive prior experience.
- Generally has ability to work with other departments and management to determine organizational goals, pinpoint trends, correlations and patterns in complicated data sets.
- Able to provide supervision, training and mentoring to junior analysts within the department.
