  • A Receptionist performs customer service duties, directing visitors, service personnel and staff to appropriate departments and ensuring that the proper channels are maintained in communications and personnel interaction from an entry point perspective.
  • The role requires an individual to be courteous, efficient, and friendly, as they often serve as customers’ first impression of the company.
Responsibilities
  • Customer Interface Management
  • Receive and direct visitors and clients.
  • Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate message when required
  • Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls.
  • Handle admin-related request for information and data by visitors and staff members.
  • Maintain proper sitting arrangement and space management of the reception area.
  • Schedule appointments with visitors on behalf of office management staff
  • Maintain a safe and hazard free work environment by ensuring that guests and employees follow safety inspection rules when it comes to paraphernalia and materials brought into the head office.
  • Providing efficient internal customer service by following-up on staff that are on out-of-station duties to ascertain their welfare.
  • Providing useful feedback to the Admin Officer on the experience of each staff on out-of-station duties and keeping record of same.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails, and maintain record of same.
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and records maintenance (this including attendance register, movement register, and other records maintained in the front office)
  • Check the attendance register daily and report all lateness of more than 30minutes, as well as daily absences, to the Facility Manager
  • Maintaining and ensuring effective use of the office’s stationeries
Qualification
  • HND/B.Sc In related field, maximum of 2 years’ experience in similar position.
Skill Set:
  • Skilled with the use of professional communications etiquette over the phone and in person.

  • The FM Supervisor is responsible for assessing how successfully processes have been implemented, for judging the effectiveness of any achieved defined target levels, driving special projects, inspecting site at pre-proposal stage, conducting gap analysis, preparing facility condition assessment reports, providing remedial cost estimates for projects, providing support in negotiation as necessary.
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate process flow mapping in accordance to QMS framework for identified key processes for standardization and integration.
  • Facilities condition inspection and condition assessment
  • Develop project management plans
  • Prepare project status reports
  • Prepare project progress reports
  • Preparation of risk analysis for projects
  • Monitor and track of project schedule

  • The Electrician is responsible for implementing and maintaining a Preventive Maintenance Program for all equipment and systems pertaining to his field/area of specialisation.
  • He performs the monthly Facility Inspection and submits all required reports to the Site Manager, as well as maintaining routine and required inspections of the relevant Systems.
Responsibilities
  • Able to maintain electrical control panels.
  • Must know and be able to follow processes of testing and inspecting of electrical equipment, control systems and installations.
  • Install, wire and connect electrical equipment and control system.
  • Carry out repairs and corrective maintenance without need for rework.
  • Interprete and works from Technical plans and drawings.
  • Proffer effective solutions to identified or reported problems.
  • Troubleshoot and detect faults correctly and readily proffer right solutions.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment during and after work.

  • The Plumber is responsible for implementing and maintaining a Preventive Maintenance Program for all equipment and systems pertaining to his field/area of specialisation.
  • He performs the monthly Facility Inspection and submits all required reports to the Site Manager, as well as maintaining routine and required inspections of the relevant Systems.
Responsibilities
  • Carry out preventive maintenance of plumbing pipes and fittings.
  • Competent in: Simple Water closet, closed couple water closet, push valve water closet, urinary automation valve control, miser-tap & single tap, pressure-reducing valve, identification of various taps
  • Carry out repairs and corrective maintenance without need for rework.
  • Interprete and works from Technical plans and drawings.
  • Proffer effective solutions to identified or reported problems.
  • Troubleshoots and detects faults correctly and readily proffer right solutions.
