Job Title: RFID Systems Material Specialist
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Department: Managed Presured Drilling/Completions
Reports to: Completions Operations Manager

Job Summary
- The RFID Systems Material Specialist is responsible for overseeing the entire procurement scope of RFID materials and will be responsible for managing and overseeing all assets and inventory function of the RFTD Systemwhich is to be used for the single trip upper and lower completions deployment.
- This is a new technology that will be used for the first time in Nigeria to reduce OPEX such as rig time, operational risks and so on, to provide an intervention less technology that eliminates wash pipe.
Key Responsibilities
- The RFID SystemsM.aterial Specialist is responsible forLocal projectmanagement, ensuring direct sale products are delivered to the client and that all physical transactions are mirrored systematically to facilitate the billing process and within CAPEX/budget constraints.
- Apply unconventional buying techniques for special projects as approved by management, not deviating from the procurement policy
- Coordinate the logistics of internal order placement of RFID tools with Weatherford manufacturing plants
- Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers of RFID tools and negotiate best pricing structure
- Coordinate and communicate regularupdates to Countiy Operations on status of shipments
- Constant monitoring of orders & Oil Well RFID materials arriving at various freight agents’ warehousing facilities
- Tracking the status ofshipniénts, chasing carriers to ensure on-time delivery and engage with the various support functions to ensure that orders are correct, receipted, paid, and delivered and invoiced to the customer on time to recognize the projected revenue
- Arrange logistic formalities: preparing shipping invoices, applying Tariffcoding, preshipment inspections (Coteena, SOS, BIVAC) approving draft shipping document and obtaining freight quotes for Country Manager’s approval
- Initiate key RFP’s and supervise the management ofsupplier contracts
- Address cost savings measures and effectively increase competitiveness by removing waste from the purchasing process
- Train, develop, mentor a team of national Engineers and Operators such that they are competent in sourcing and managing the purchase of Oil Well RFID related technologies
Qualification, Skills & Experience
- Minimum of a Dcgree or HND level qualification in Engineering
- RFID Certifications will be an added advantage
- JDE & Zychus Training will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of the oil & gas industry
- Experience in Oil & Gas procurement and logistics purposes
- Proven trackrecord in the procurement ofoil & gas RFID Technology equipment
- Strong knowledge of the RFID Equipment
- Must he familiar with JD Edwards and Zychus tools
- Assets & Inventory knowledge is strongly required
- Minimum of 8 years in Oil & Gas Field with 2 years in Oil & Gas RFID Technology Equipment Procurement

Job Summary
- The Internal Pressure Specialist is responsible for the use of Pressured control equipment that will he responsible for deploying, designing and maifltenance of Equipment
- The primary responsibility will be to assist with field delivery of high quality managed pressured drilling services.
Key Responsibilities
- The Internal Pressure Specialist is responsible for the field operations of Weatherford Specialized mechanical pressured equipment
- internal Pressure Specialist will be responsible for Investigation and repair of non-confirming pressure equipment.
- Perform task associated with the Managed Pressured Drilling System in collaboration with team members including operating on a closed loop system to determine downhole pressure limits
- Managing Annular Pressure profile and verifying downhole barriers. Work assignments should be carried out to the highest level
- Train, develop, mentor a team of Engineers and Operators such that all are competent in running high pressure/temperature related jobs
Qualification, Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of the oil & gas industry
- Experience in oilfield specialized Pressure Equipment. Proven track record in running a high pressured well
- Knowledge of rig systems and drilling/completion/production operations
- Knowledge of ISO, API etc. standard
- Proficient in statistical qualitative and related Operational Data Analysis.
- Minimum of 10 years in Oil & Gas Field
- Minimum of a Degree or HND level qualification in Engineering

Job Title: RFID Systems Field Supervisor

Job Summary
- The RFID Systems Field Supervisor is responsible for the overall responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the RFID technology.
- As this is a new technology that will be used for the first time in Nigeria to reduce OPEX such as rig time, operational risks and so on, to provide an intervention less technology that eliminates wash pipe, the RFID Systems Field Supervisor will stimulate, supervise, direct operations and personnel on the field.
- The Systems Supervisor will be responsible for managing the operators and specialists and provide overall staff leadership, while promoting and maintaining good customer relations.
- The incumbent will be responsible for all RFID operations in the shop and in the field, making sure that operations are carried out in a safe manner, equipment is maintained oil a daily basis, record keeping and housekeeping is kept up to date for tools, and equipment, while assisting the Operations Manager to ensure that the team is trained regularly to carry out their functions.
Key Responsibilities

- Must be familiar with HEWD Modeling
- Knowledge of 1SO, API etc. standard
- Proficient in statistical qualitative and related Operational Data Analysis.
- Proficient in technical reports and presentations.
