FieldPro Nigeria Limited - Optimetriks develops the FieldPro CRM software and AI technology solutions that help organisations empower their field workers in their daily activities in the sectors of consumer goods, agriculture and financial services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Key Account Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the role

  • You will manage our key accounts relationships. These clients have intensive usage of our solution (thousands of users) across several countries and require more interaction and care than smaller accounts.
  • You will report directly to the company C-level and will be in close contact with all our departments (Customer Success, Data, Labelling, Finance, Sales, etc.) as you will be in charge of the overall project and its success.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain a strong relationship with the clients:

  • Be high-touch through regular meetings, field visits, etc.
  • Be well organized and send meetings debriefs, action points, etc.
  • Have a very good understanding of the client business and its use of our solutions

Be a super project manager:

  • Ensure top execution of the projects, make sure all the teams are well-coordinated and ready to deliver before time
  • Be ready to get your hands dirty to make things move forward
  • Help scope the client's needs, organize brainstorming sessions and be a force of propositions
  • You will prepare and hold steering committees with the client's top management to update them on the project progress, new features, new ideas, etc.

Support the sales & product teams:

  • Being at the forefront of the client interactions you will have first-hand knowledge of their additional needs and how to improve our sales offer and product development to support them better
  • You will be in charge of drafting commercial proposals with the sales teams to answer the new client requests
  • You will work with the design/product team to develop the new features needed
  • The role is based in Lagos. You will look after our customers in Nigeria.

About you

  • Master degree in Business and / or Engineering
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team player, self-motivated, energetic
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong Project management skills
  • Strong taste for Data (SQL, Python, DataViz)
  • You are very autonomous and proactive
  • Based in Lagos
