Job Description
  • To ensure all Utility / Facility operations and equipment are managed, always maintained and operated at their maximum efficiencies
  • All equipment, procedures and control are continuously improved to guarantee quality and higher efficiencies.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure all utility and facility equipment are maintained in a “Safe to operate” condition at all times while promoting all aspects of safe working practices to meet all safety and housekeeping objectives of the plant.
  • To optimize the utilities for the Manufacturing process through provision of uninterrupted Power, Air, Cooling and Water.
  • To plan, organize and control Utility projects
  • Identify issues and opportunities for improvement through modifications and upgrades.
  • Manage changes in process requirements brought by changes in product specifications and productivity requirements.
  • Train, develop and up skill personnel by means of on the job as well as technical and generic training.
  • Communications - provide relevant and timely communications at all levels.
  • Support and manage cost structures in line with the budget
  • Ensuring world class reliability during continues production cycle
Good To Have
  • Above average computer literacy is required.
  • Prior experience working with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) would be an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge on gas/diesel generators, Compressors, chillers and water distribution systems design & maintenance.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Good leadership qualities in line with company policies and practices.
  • Excellent knowledge in design, process improvement and maintenance.
Must Have
  • Minimum of a B.Sc Degree / HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent tertiary education.
  • Minimum of  5-7 years previous engineering and utilities maintenance experience in FMCG environment

Job Title: Senior Brand Manager Location: Nigeria Worker Type: Employee Worker Sub-Type: Regular Job Type: Full Time
Main Purpose
  • Developing, managing & sustaining a profitable brand/brand portfolio for the Nigerian market
Main Responsibilities
  • Provides input into the brand strategy review (situational analysis)
  • Developing annual brand operating and channel plans with aligned category, brand, consumer and customer priorities and objectives
  • Managing Integrated Marketing Plan (IMP) & resulting commercial programmes
  • Managing new product introduction (NPI)
  • Develops appropriate consumer & shopper insight and ensures insights, channel & POP opportunities are incorporated into all strategies and plans
  • Manages the research process where appropriate
  • Delivers agreed brand, channel targets and profitability

Job Description
  • Lead performance management reporting and provide decision support to the management to optimize manufacturing costs and meeting operational objectives
Responsibilities
  • Liaising with Planning to agree on all material requirements for production.
  • Daily reconciliation of physical material consumption to SAP after every production run & ensuring that all adjustments are rightly processed on SAP
  • Report operations performance, including material variance analysis and work with mill operations team to investigate results and take corrective actions where necessary daily
  • Provide timely and accurate decision support, reporting to management to assist in optimizing manufacturing cost and meeting plant objectives
  • Conduct SAP health check for issued and returned stock to drive inventory record accuracy
  • Conduct periodic health-checks for materials, semi-finished product and finished products master data information including production routings
  • Ensure all material returns & NCR’s are processed and captured correctly on SAP
  • Support operations and R&D team by ensuring availability of materials for trial runs and the right accounting treatment of trial resources
  • Work closely with Planning team to ensure timeous and accurate consideration of realistic operational metrics in planning to prevent stock-out or excessive inventory
  • Partake in stock count and ensure adherence to financial procedures during stock counts and reconciling of counts
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree or its equivalence in Accounting with 1-2 years’ experience.
  • Logistic experience or equivalent qualification with 1-year experience, preferably within a FMCG environment.
  • Computer literate with Office Package proficiency
  • SAP exposure is an added advantage

Main Purpose
  • To lead the multi-functional / dimensional Engineering and Project management Team within the Lagos facility, while ensuring at all times assets are managed, maintained and operated at world-class standards in the areas of safety, quality and cost

  • Develop and execute a world class maintenance strategy for the mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and Cavil’s, within the plant maintenance teams.
  • Develop and implement best practice management, encompassing lean methodology in the areas of, Capex, preventive maintenance and project management excellence in systems and processes.
  • Lead, plan and execute Mill efficiency and plant capacity and improvement modification projects.
