Our Client a manufacturing company in Nigeria requires the service of the following position:     Job Title: HR Personnel Location: Sango Otta, Ogun State Slots: 2 Responsibilities: We are looking at recruiting a good HR Manager in our Company.

• Candidate should have good credential especially in terms of his integrity.
• Candidate Should have good references.

Requirements:

• Candidate should be Graduate or HND
• Minimum 5-7 years Experience in HR Department in a Manufacturing Unit.
• Should have Experience in Developing and administrating programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
• Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
• Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
• Should have experience in handling organized workers Union.
• Should be well versed with Grievance handling.
• Should have adequate knowledge on procedures for disciplinary actions.
• Should know the procedure of Pay-rolls on Bio-metric system.
• Proficient in Microsoft word and Excel.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Should be able to liaise with various government ministries and agencies.

Salary:

•   Salary range of N90,000 - N110,000 per month
