Job Title: Admin Personnel
Location: Lagos
Summary
- We are looking for a reliable Admin Personnel.
- The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. She will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
- The Admin Personnel ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Taking minutes
- General office management such as ordering stationary
- Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
- Collect, process and distribute incoming mail as well as compose and send correspondence for other office staff
- Manage office equipment
- Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
- Handling external or internal communication
- Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Requirements
- Two years of prior experience as Admin Officer
- Ability to use a desktop computer and office suite software packages
- Strong time management and organizational skills

Job Title: Customer Service Personnel
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellation, and other queries.
Responsibilities
- Act as the company gatekeeper.
- Handle product recalls.
- Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
- Inform customer of deals and promotions.
- Sell products and services.
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Close out or open call records.
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
- Handle changes in policies or renewals.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media.
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Cancel or upgrade accounts.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Advise on company information.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Place or cancel orders.
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.

Job Description
- We are looking for a qualified Accountant to handle, prepare, compute, manage, research and analyze all accounting data, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of our business.
Job Duties
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
- Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
- Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.

Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principle
- Experience with creating financial statements
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- HND only in accounting or equivalent
- Intermediate understanding of accounting and reporting standards, gaining experience in researching as it relates to accounting issues
