Job Title: HVAC Sales Engineer Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job type: Full-time
Job Description
  • Work closely with direct managers and account representatives to ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • To attend networking events with other professionals in the construction industry.
  • Continually maintain a professional relationship with customers.
  • Prepare weekly reports with update on site visits and quotations sent to clients.
  • Build relationships and establish faithful customer network to achieve market penetration for HVAC Equipment.
  • Work with our design engineers and contractors in selecting and bidding products such as AHU’s, VRV Systems, rooftops, chillers, air distribution and control devices in order to make a sale to mechanical contractor.
  • Read & understand Technical Drawings, understand equipment needed, create a quote, and follow up with customer.
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Be self-motivated.
  • Must be well-presented and able to deal professionally with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent.
  • Applicant needs to be familiar with HVAC equipment and its application with minimum of 5 years experience in this field.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office is helpful.

Job Title: Sales Representative (Home Appliances) Location: Osun Job type: Full-time
Job Description
  • Coordinate with the National Sales Manager  to ensure team is effectively maximizing opportunities to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Responsible to create and execute residential programs among top dealers in the specified regional area to expand our Client’s market share
Responsibilities Sales Management:
  • Manage all office duties including, but not limited to the following: sales results, financial reporting, and customer satisfaction
  • Support the Sales Management Team to meet Regional and Corporate objectives
  • Direct and assist the sales team and rep agencies in accordance with the strategies and tactics of the Region
  • Maintain appropriate contact with distributors and sales outlets
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints.
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets, strategies, and tactics for assigned region
  • Implement and provide pricing, support, marketing programs as approved
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast and sales targets

Qualifications
  • Industry knowledge including but not limited to new home appliances industry knowledge.
  • Aggressive and seasoned in sales leadership, management and direct selling.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field and / or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of demonstrated sales management experience
Skills:

  • High level analytical and administrative skills including report writing and formulation business reports.

Job Title: Production Supervisor (Home Appliances Assembly Plant) Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job type: Full-time
Job Description
  • Supervise section in accordance with Client policies & manufacturing procedures
Accountable for section Productivity and Quality:
  • Reporting daily assembly and faulty units to production manager assistant in parallel with store reports
  • Arranging of SOP per model
  • Collection of materials from store warehouse into assembly warehouse
  • Inventory tracking , physical stock vs. system stock
  • Ensure Quality process is set with Quality section
  • General Supervision of TV / REF / AC assembly Lines
  • Adherence to policies and procedures
  • Supervise & co-ordinate section work routine ( start, close, breaks, overtime, vacation, absenteeism, discipline, shift pattern )
  • Co-ordinate training & employee development
  • Ensure Safe work environment
  • Section representative on other teams, projects, etc..
