Job Title: HR Manager

Job Description
- As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our human resources functions and contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies.
- This is a challenging role that requires exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, address areas of concern, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement initiatives, promote a positive company culture, and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver training programs on various HR topics to ensure employees and managers are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian employment laws and regulations and keep abreast of any changes that may impact HR policies and practices.
- Advise and support managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issues
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Implement and maintain HR systems and tools to streamline HR processes, such as an applicant tracking system, performance management software, and an employee self-service portal.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing complex HR projects and driving change initiatives.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
