Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The HR Manager oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes. They support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company HR strategies and objectives. The HR Manager acts as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of employee issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting with the management team to define the company's HR issues, goals and requirements Conducting research to identify workforce issues or inefficiencies.
  • Developing HR strategies and company specific models
  • Recommending solutions and providing advice on HR policies, procedures and tools.
  • Overseeing the implementation and integration of new policies, procedures, tools and strategies.
  • Assisting with the recruitment and training of new employees.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, tools, practices, and advancements in technology.
  • Process employee transactions. Assist in investigating employee issues/ concerns and in determining an appropriate course of action.
  • Ensure that health and safety policies are up to date
  • Monitoring and reviewing human capital analytics to evaluate the efficacy of new policies.
  • Generating analytic reports and presentations for feedback to management.
  • Ensuring that the operations and activities of the workforce are efficient and in the best interest of the company's goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
  • Proven leadership and management abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus..
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
