Job Title: Head of Production

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily production operations to meet business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and cost- effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and train production staff to enhance team performance
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality assurance, and engineering teams.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage production budgets, resources, and workforce allocation.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
• Proven experience in a senior production management role.
• Working knowledge of- Injection moulding, Blow moulding, Thermo Foaming, Various cosmetics production lines, Diaper Production lines, soap production lines etc.
