Robert Bosch Nigeria Limited, is a growing company of the Bosch group located in Lagos, Nigeria. We operate in the business divisions Packaging Technology, Automotive Aftermarket, Power Tools, Drive and Control, Security Systems and Thermo Technology.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Trainee - Sales Customer Service
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Visit customers in the Lagos mainland region and continuously build brand loyalty towards Bosch
- Identify the requirements of an end user and act as a consultant towards the client, proposing holistic solutions of the offered Bosch products consisting of Power Tools, Accessories and Measuring Solutions
- Maintain a clear database of customers and prioritize independently the potentials for the company
- Collect market information and market knowledge about competitor activities and projects ongoing and upcoming
- Generate sustainable business for Bosch and the client, considering “solutions” and After Sales Service offers
- Manage internal relations to Marketing Team and Back-office function to ensure smooth oeprations with end-user companies
- Organize and conduct frequently on-site trainings and demonstrations
- Act as a problem solver for client.
Competencies & Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with focus on Engineering/Technical background and preferably post graduate eduation in business management
- 1-2 years work experience abroad would be an added advantage.
- Self motivated with the ability to work
- Proactive with proven ability to be a problem solver.
- Organised with good communication skills
- Strucutred and systematic work-approach, with ability to influence decision makers
- Excellent level of computer skills required.
- Good communication skills in English, ability to speak Chinese is an added advantage.

Location: Lagos

- Min. 3-5 years in construction or any related industry
- Experience in selling concepts and solutions
- Experience in direct sales
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Pro-active approach and proven ability to be a Problem solver
- Excellent in self-organization and in communication
- Systematic work-approach, being able to influence decision makers
- Excellent Computer skills
- Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus.
