• This role will be responsible for the daily operations at the gas station and ensuring that the gas stations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Ensuring that shipments of gas arrive on schedule
• Submission of gas orders in a timely way  so that gas arrives before reserves run low
• Supervision of  employees and scheduling of  their work hours
• Training of workers on various safety procedures
• Responsible for building sales and managing expenses.
• Operating  within budget parameters for expenses such as labor and inventory costs
• Maintaining inventory, negotiating with vendors for the supplying of gas
• Responsible for counting and balancing of cash drawers; make deposits at financial institutions.
• Managing the hiring, training and scheduling employees.
• Creating shifts and scheduling personnel to work part- and full-time hours.
• Responsible for daily operations at the gas station
• Ensuring that sufficient amounts of gas are available, stores are well-stocked

• B.Sc in relevant field
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years experience working as a Gas Plant Manager.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Candidate must reside around Isolo and its environs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and IT skills.
• High levels of professionalism, initiative, energy, creativity and flexibility.
