Sojourner - We are a hotel establishment that provides lodging and accommodation services to travelers and guests. Typically wehave on-site services and facilities, including restaurants, bars, gyms, swimming pools, and conference rooms, designed to cater to the needs and preferences of their guests.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Front Office Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Operation of all Front of House areas are planned, organized and controlled for optimum functioning-staff scheduled according to occupancy
  • Manage and lead people to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Train and develop staff.
  • Implement and monitor security procedures which impact on both guests and staff.
  • Guests expectations are exceeded in all Front of House areas
  • Guest’s needs are anticipated and addressed.
  • Complaints are resolved to the satisfaction of the guest

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years experience.
  • Hotel experience is required.
  • Knowledge of Key Card System | Guest Folio | Guest Relationship Management System | Opera PMS | Guest Service Surveys System.
