We specialize in airline representation and management, business and leisure travelmanagement,training and travel technology solutions.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor (Ticketing and Reservation)
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • Airline Sales and Marketing qualification is an added advantage.
  • IATA professional qualification is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Computer Reservation Systems and the ability to use airline GDS is mandatory.
  • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel requirements, trends and availability is mandatory.
  • Passionate about travel and tourism.
  • Minimum of 4 years Ticketing and Reservation and Airline call-Centre work experience in the aviation industry.
  • Must be able to attend to customers both online and onsite.
  • Must be a good communicator, negotiator with listening skills.
  • Ability to communicate well in writing.
