Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Role
- Candidate will manage the financial resources of the company, she is responsible for the budget planning, and supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.
Job Duties
- Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information
- Predicting future financial trends
- Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
- Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
- Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk
- Analysing market trends and competitors
- Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
- Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
Scope of operations including but not limited to the following:
- Benefits Administration
- Communication Processes
- Developing and managing financial systems/models
- Carrying out business modelling and risk assessments
- Producing long-term business plans
- Performance Management
- Compensation and Wage Structure
- Organization, Coaching
- Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
Qualifications and required skills
- Female
- 30 - 45 years
- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
- Commercial and business awareness
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
- Ability to stick to time constraints.
- Minimum of first Degree (B.Sc / HND) in any discipline
- Minimum of ten (10) years post qualification experience - post graduation not counting NYSC with at least 5 of those years in a Financial Services company.

Job Title: Accounts Manager
Location: Lagos
Role
Candidate will manage the day to day accounting of the company, he is responsible for implementing the budget and ensuring the books of the company are always up to date.
Job Duties
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconciling accounts with various vendors account.
- Organize and update financial records.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Compute, process and file payroll documents
- Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Scope of operations including but not limited to the following:
- Accounting
- Tax
- Audit
- Communication Processes
- Developing and managing transaction records
- Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
Qualifications and required Skills
- Male
- 30 - 45 years
- Minimum of first degree (B.sc/HND) in Accounting
- Minimum of ten (10) years post qualification experience – post graduation not counting NYSC with at least the last 5 in an audit company
- An analytical mind
- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
- Commercial and business awareness
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
- Ability to stick to time constraints.
