Job Title: Import Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities
- We are looking to hire a young and vibrant high- plan and implement all import strategies according to all supplier and customer demand and administer internal movement of all goods and ensure compliance to all government
- Partner with suppliers and inventory planners and ensure accurate movement of all international goods and ensure arrival of goods within time-frame and obtain best freight rates at all times.
- Assist to prepare all import quotes for customers and perform all shipment bookings with carriers.
- To ensure optimum method of shipment for imported cargoes which are to be received with pre-determined time parameters and terms of sales/ purchase.
- Manage all the duties within the shipping function i.e manage shipping agents, tracking the entire shipment process, invoice approval, statutory reports, insurance claims, Indent file control, etc.
Requirements
- Must be a Social Science Graduate (B.Sc).
- Must have minimum of 3 years in import / Logistics experience.
- Applicants should be 30 years and above.
- Must have Operational knowledge of the ports and government agencies.
- Must have knowledge of proper clearing and haulage documentation for both import and export.
- Must have appropriate Knowledge of Inspection agents, Banks, Shipping Companies and Terminals.
- Must have the ability to handle customs and shipping companies for Imports, temporary importation, and Exports.
Job Title: Warehouse Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties / Responsibilities
- Monitor day to day operations of chemical materials in warehouse.
- Work with Finance team on monthly physical stock check and variance analysis report.
- Manage the receipt of raw materials and packing materials; Goods Received Note.
- Manage inventory and ensure safe storage of all chemical materials without expiry or damage.
- Ensure FIFO (FIRST IN FIRST OUT) inventory management system is followed to achieve no expiry of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
- Taking records of general stock
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical checking and counts; reconciling with data storage system.
- Maintain and manage inventories accurately
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate (Bsc) in any social science decipline.
- Must have working experience of 2 to 3 years in warehouse management or supervision
- Proficient knowledge ofwarehouseprocedure and policy.
- Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback
Job Title: Logistics Officer - Female
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for tracking, receiving, and stocking all items ordered
- Ensure materials are appropriately stored
- Program the final inventory of materials prior to shipment
- Provide a list of all equipment moved from the consolidation areas into sponsor shipping channels to project coordinators
- Manage and maintain inventory to operating levels to avoid supply
- Manage the repair of equipment
- Responsible for supervising and accounting for an inventory
- Carry out annual property inventory and provide other report in his area of responsibility.
Requirements
- B.Sc in any Social Science discipline.
- 2-3 years relevant experience in Logistics
- Knowledge of port operations is an added advantage
- Knowledge of documentation process.
- Good use of microsoft Office

Job Title: Warehouse Storekeeper - Male
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Duties / Responsibilities
- Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are returned
- Examine stock and dispose of depreciated and obsolete stock following the organization’s policy
- Responsible for stock control and housekeeping operations of warehouse cargo and items
- Key departmental orders into the inventory management system
- Responsible for the preparation of requisitions for supplies and materials
- Responsible for the maintenance of inventory of parts and equipment on hand
- Keep documentation of materials and supplies issued
- Responsible for the preparation of work orders for equipment repairs
- Preserve records and prepare related reports.
Requirements
- Must be an OND holder
- 2- 3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be Male
Job Title: Logistics Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities
- Use IT systems to manage stock levels, delivery times and transport costs
- Use associated information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle
- Use data from IT systems to evaluate performance and quality and to plan improvements
- Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs

- Develop business by gaining new contracts, analysing logistical problems and producing new solutions

Requirements
- Must be a Social Science Graduate (B.Sc).
- Must have 5-6 years experiencein Logistics
- Relevant experience inmanufacturing sector.
