Job Title: Company Driver

Location: Lagos

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Practice safe driving Skills
  • Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
  • Follow all state and national road safely regulations and standards
  • Accurately follows routes, maps, and directions
  • Assisting with the loading and offloading of staff luggage, products, and materials.
  • Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
  • Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
  • Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
  • Keeping the company vehicle clean of debris and clutter, properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
  • Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle’s coming and goings.
  • Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.
  • Replacing oil, filling gas tank, general motor vehicle maintenance as needed for safety.

Job Title: AC Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinates work priority and scheduling of duties.
  • Suggests specific work methods and procedures for employees.
  • Provides follow up supervision on assignments for employees.
  • Initiates requisitions for supplies and equipment.
  • Maintains records for hourly employees.
  • Devises schedules and supervise inspections of the air conditioning equipment.
  • Maintains complete machinery histories on equipment.
  • Performs related duties as required.

Job Title: Welder

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures
  • Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements
  • Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with powered saws to match measurements)
  • Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
  • Align components using callipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces
  • Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead)
  • Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps
  • Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws
  • Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
  • Successful completion of a relevant apprenticeship program is required.
  • Proven experience as welder
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
  • Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.)

Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.
  • Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedules.
  • Develop electrical expenditures priority and equipment and appliance maintenance procedures.
  • Develop electrical material and labour forecasts.
  • Train and inform employees about new work procedures.
  • Provide information on modification on work policies, safety regulations, electrical codes and specifications.
  • Review future buildings plans and inspect new buildings to ensure compliance with current electrical codes and maintenance specifications.
  • Inspect new-fangled construction along with remodels.
  • Support Electrical Engineers in design needs.
  • Schedules, assigns, plans, and monitors the work of electrical shop personnel performing a variety of electrical projects.
  • Plans and develops work schedules, equipment usage schedules, priority of electrical expenditures, and procedures for equipment and appliance maintenance.

Job Title: Plumbing Technician

Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

  • Installs pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids
  • Installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation
  • Assembles fittings and valves for installation
  • Modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building
  • Uses saws and pipe cutters as necessary
  • Installs heating and air-conditioning systems, including water heaters
  • Collaborates with contractors, construction workers, electricians, pipefitters, and steamfitters in installing and repairing plumbing
  • Tests plumbing systems for leaks and other problems
  • Analyses problem and identifies appropriate tools and materials for repair
  • Follows health and safety standards and complies with building codes
  • Performs inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts

Job Title: Duct Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of reading MEP Engineering drawings.
  • Understanding and evaluation of project and facility requirements.
  • Provides technical guidance to lower-level worker’s working on the same project.
  • Attend the site meetings and inform our superiors about site progress and what the problems facing on the site.
  • Assign certain duties to the workers, explaining how those duties are to be done and communicate how the successful performance of those duties will be measured.
  • Co-Ordinate with other companies’ engineer, supervisor and foreman who working on the same project. Knowledge of taking measurement of required AHU duct connection.
  • Knowledge of Pre Insulated duct (P.I.D.) installation and fabrication.
  • Monitor the construction project site on regular interval.
  • Maintain records, check the required material on site and make a list for those materials and request to the site store.
  • Check around the site and worker’s job, if they doing mistakes stop them and give suggestion for right work. Prepare daily work schedule and make planning to finish the work before time.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
  • Knowledge and experience of fabrication, installation, erection, insulation, grills, fire damper, motorized fire damper, air valve, air balancing, commissioning, calibration, GI ducting, MS ducting for kitchen, floor, VAV / VRV units ventilation fans, AHU’s & FCU’s.

 

 

Job Title: Air Conditioning Technician

Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

  • Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
  • Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
  • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for AC systems.
  • Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
  • Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
  • Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
  • Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
  • Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Installing all kinds of Ducts include flexible, rectangular TDF & C-S clips, elliptical & round ducts.
  • Cutting Ducts for curved grill, linear grills.
  • Fixing of curved grills, linear grills, collars, diffusers, mixing box, butterfly dampers.
  • Duties canvas & frame & offset fabrications.
  • Installing & wiring for fresh air / exhaust fans.
  • Follow supervisor work instructions.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
  • Experience Above 2 years in HVAC field

Job Title: Plumbing Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Plans and develops work schedules, equipment usage schedules, priority of plumbing expenditures, and procedures for plumbing systems maintenance.
  • Estimates material and labour.
  • Monitors the acquisition and use of materials.
  • Maintains time, payroll, and material records and submits reports as required.
  • Trains or informs employees of new work methods or procedures, changes in safety regulations, work policies, and plumbing codes.
  • Ensures budgetary guidelines are met; prioritizes expenditures to stay within budget and assists in the preparation of capital and operations budgets.
  • Interprets University and department policies to assigned personnel, enforces safety regulations, and adheres to proper codes and standards.

Job Requirements

  • Trade Test certificate, NABTEB or SSCE
  • Adopt knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental Management (HSE)
  • Proven experience in plumbing services
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people at different levels within the organization.

Job Title: Pipe Fitter

Location: Lagos

Job Duties and Tasks

  • Cut, thread, and hammer pipe to specifications, using tools such as saws, cutting torches, and pipe threaders and benders.
  • Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment, according to specifications, by welding, brazing, cementing, soldering, and threading joints.
  • Attach pipes to walls, structures and fixtures, such as radiators or tanks, using brackets, clamps, tools or welding equipment.
  • Inspect, examine, and test installed systems and pipe lines, using pressure gauge, hydrostatic testing, observation, or other methods.
  • Measure and mark pipes for cutting and threading.
  • Lay out full scale drawings of pipe systems, supports, and related equipment, following blueprints.
  • Plan pipe system layout, installation, or repair according to specifications.
  • Select pipe sizes and types and related materials, such as supports, hangers, and hydraulic cylinders, according to specifications.
  • Cut and bore holes in structures, such as bulkheads, decks, walls, and mains, prior to pipe installation, using hand and power tools.
  • Modify, clean, and maintain pipe systems, units, fittings, and related machines and equipment, following specifications and using hand and power tools.
  • Install automatic controls used to regulate pipe systems.
  • Turn valves to shut off steam, water, or other gases or liquids from pipe sections, using valve keys or wrenches.
  • Remove and replace worn components.
  • Prepare cost estimates for clients.
