Job Title: Finance & Administrative Assistant

Location: Borno
Contract Period: 4 Months

Job Description

  • Finance & Admin Assistant Under the direction of the Senior Finance & Admin. Officer, the Finance & Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the provision of administrative and logistical services to the State Office on the Project.

Minimum Recruitment Standards

  • BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration or its recognized equivalent, and 1 - 2 years relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in office management and administration.
  • CPA, ACA, ICAN, or any other relevant professional qualification is required.
  • Experience in managing financial records of donor-funded organizations, and familiarity with donor and local contractual procedures is an advantage.

 

 

 

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Abuja
Contract Period: 4 Months
Contract Type: Fixed Term
Project: Global Fund

Job Description

  • The Procurement Officer will work with the Procurement Manager, plan and implement systems and policies that guide all operations related to procuring supplies and services (in accordance with AHNi policy, UN policy and other donor policies) in support of all AHNi offices and projects at CO and field offices, both domestic and international sourcing.

Minimum Recruitment Standards

  • BSc. in relevant field with 5 - 7 years of relevant procurement experience.
  • Or MSc. in relevant field with 3 - 5 years relevant procurement experience.
  • Demonstrated success in multicultural environments is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with donor-funded procurement rules and regulations (experience with USAID procurement a plus).

 

 

 

Job Title: Senior Finance & Admin Officer

Location: Abuja
Contract Period: 4 Months
Contract Type: Fixed Term
Project: Global Fund

Job Description

  • The Senior Finance & Administrative Officer will report to the Senior Finance Manager and will be responsible for accounting and finance and overall operational administration for the HQ office
  • Will ensure compliance with the contractual requirements of Nigeria’s programs/projects with the objective of providing professional accountancy services consistent with generally accepted accounting principles.

Minimum Recruitment Standards

  • BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration or its recognized equivalent, and 5 - 7 years relevant experience.
  • Or MS/MA degree in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration or its recognized equivalent, and 3 - 5 years relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in office management and administration
  • CPA, ACA, ICAN, dMA, CFE or any other relevant professional qualification is required.
  • Experience in managing financial records of donor-funded organizations, and familiarity with donor and local contractual procedures is an advantage.
