Job Summary

  • We are looking for a BI Analyst to join our Direct-to-consumer (D2C) team and help us deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize our online sales and marketing strategies.
  • You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on our different D2C initiatives, such as consumer behavior, product performance, sales trends, and conversion rates.
  • You will also collaborate closely with our DTPS, DIA and dCom teams to identify opportunities and challenges, and provide actionable solutions based on data.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze, clean, and transform data from various sources, such as web analytics, CRM, SAP, and third-party platforms
  • Collaborate with DTPS to ensure that all relevant data sources are integrated in data mesh 
  • Prepare recurrent reporting for senior stakeholders and business owners
  • Unveil consumer trends, purchasing behaviors and patterns, demographic specifics etc.  that drive tailored and targeted marketing activities 
  • Work closely with the D2C product owners and marketers to understand their business goals and provide data-driven recommendations and solutions
  • Communicate and present findings and recommendations to various audiences, both technical and non-technical
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that track and communicate key D2C metrics and KBIs (unit economics, CLTV, RR, NPS etc.)
  • Perform exploratory analyses to uncover insights and trends that support data-driven decision making

Deliverables Y1:
Coke & Go Power BI Dashboard: Build, enhance and maintain a dashboard for Coke & Go, collecting data from multiple different data sources. Agree with the vendor and other stakeholders on data sharing structure, frequency and method. 1st stage dashboard KBIs (phase 1, non PII data): 

  • Performance dashboard (admin portal, SAP, televend) for: Actuals vs BP vs RE, GSR, NSR, Incremental revenues: totals, % share of total, Transactions/Orders, Units,UC,Consumers: Downloads, registered users, MAU, registered w/o credit card,New consumers, Reactivated consumers, returning consumers, lost consumers,NPS,CLTV,Machines connected,Offline transactions per machine, C&G share vs offline
  • Filters: Country, City, Currency, Machine number, Machine type: TVM, Smart Cooler, Year, Quarter, Month, Week

Alfies: 

  • Own, enhance and maintain current consumer panel dashboard and provide data-driven recommendations and solutions to the team
  • Explore the root cause of data discrepancies and suggest solutions to fix it
  • Own, enhance and maintain current performance reporting dashboard

Egypt Home Delivery: Creation of holistic dashboard capturing:

  • Performance (website, call center) from SAP, Salesbuzz
  • Digital Marketing data from Adobe MC
  • Website analytics from Google Analytics
  • Consumer insights from SAP, KO

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or a similar role
  • Proficient in SQL and Excel
  • Knowledge of D2C business models and e-commerce best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with BI tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Experience with web analytics tools, preferably Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
  • Fluent in English
