Job Brief 

• We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team.
• this role, you will create and maintain comprehensive documentation that translates complex technical information into clear and concise content for various audiences, including developers, end-users, and stakeholders. 

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and maintain user manuals, technical guides, API documentation, FAQs, and other related materials. 
• Regularly update documentation to reflect new product features and updates. 
• Use visual elements (diagrams, charts, screenshots) to enhance clarity. 
• Conduct content reviews and testing to ensure accuracy and usability. 
• Collaborate with engineers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather information. 
• Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language. 
• Ensure documentation adheres to company standards and is consistent in style and format. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Experience with software documentation, APIs, or coding languages (e.g., Python, Java, HTML). 
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles. 
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in documentation tools such as [e.g., Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, Microsoft Word]. 
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and content management systems (CMS). 
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical audiences. 1
