Job Title: Front Desk / Admin Officer
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking to hire a smart, presentable, and highly organized Front Desk/Receptionist (Female) to manage our reception area and support our daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and clients professionally and ensure they are attended to promptly.
  • Answer, screen, and route call appropriately.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
  • Assist in coordinating internal meetings and events.
  • Ensure the reception area reflects the firm’s corporate image at all times.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, packages, and couriers.
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in the finance, banking, or investment sector.
  • Professional appearance and pleasant demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Must be able to start Immediately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint )
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
