Africa Technology Hub Limited - Our client, a reputable Federal Government Agency, is currently recruiting qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Valuation Analyst or Specialist

Locations: Abuja and Lagos
Work Mode: Physical

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement valuation standards to ensure consistency and compliance with financial reporting requirements for Public Interest Entities (PIEs).
• Review and analyze valuation reports to assess accuracy, reliability, and alignment with applicable standards.
• Evaluate the appropriateness of valuation methodologies used by PIEs ensuring adherence to relevant accounting and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Finance, Economics, Estate Management, or a related field.
• Membership of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) or any relevant professional body established by statute is an added advantage.
• 2+ years of experience in valuation and appraisal for the Analyst role; Minimum of 7 years of post-professional qualification experience for the Specialist role.
