Job Title: Offshore Installation Manager
Location: Port-Harcourt/Offshore
Job Summary
- Reporting to the Rig Manager (Onshore), the successful candidate will be responsible for the safety and operational efficiency of the rig and its crew members.
- The candidate must carry out objectives established by the Rig Manager in orde to complete successful drilling/completion campaign safely and efficiently to the satisfaction of the Client, Company management and within compliance of applicable regulations.
- Essential functions include planning, scheduling, problem solving, conducting inspections and operational meetings, mentoring and supervising all rig department heads, and communicating directions to them.
Requirements
- 10 years rig experience
- Supervisory Well Control, OIM license
- Cyber base experience and valid IWCF Certificate will be an advantage.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
Job Title: Technical Manager
Location: Port Harcourt/Offshore
Job Description
- Ensures prompt maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, electronics, subsea and information technology equipment on the rig.
Requirements
- A University Degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Electronics Engineering)
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in offshore drilling operations of which a minimum of 4 years must have been spent in a senior supeivisory role or managerial position.
- Demonstrated ability of oral and written communication may be substituted in lieu of formal education
- Valid medical examination and IWCF
- Knowledge of all technical calculations required for the safe operation of the drilling unit and computer skills.
Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Port Harcourt/Offshore
Job Summary
- Responsible for strict adherence to timelines for the installation, maintenance and repair of all electrical equipment on board the rig.
- Supervises and controls the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, electronics, subsea and information technology equipment on the rig.
Requirements
- A University Degree or its equivalent.
- 8 years off shore work experience.
- Demonstrable skill in oral and written communications may be substituted in lieu of formal education.
- Evidence of direct Technical involvement in a Drilling Rig project is essential.
- Valid medical examination and IWCF
- Knowledge of all technical calculations required for the safe operation of the drilling unit and computer skills.
