Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing budgets.
• Attracting new tenants through advertising, property viewings, and encouraging referrals.
• Interviewing tenants and running credit checks.
• Setting rental rates, negotiating and enforcing lease agreements.
• Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units.
• Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work.
• Collecting rent, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Master's degree / PhD with 0 - 7 years work experience.

 

 

Job Title: Real Estate Consultant

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilitites

• Finding, scouting, and identifying investors with property consultancy needs
• Keeping in touch with clients via calls and emails to notify them of the consultancy services offer
• Securing a consulting deal by preparing and presenting business proposals to clients to convince them of his/her consultancy services
• Advertising, marketing, and promoting property vacancies to attract prospective tenants
• Carrying out thorough research and analysis of the real estate and/or property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability
• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate knowledge of government policies and relationships with legal professionals and other consultants to exchange information and boost personal networks.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Master's degree / PhD with 0 - 7 years work experience.

 

 

Job Title: Secretary

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and clients.
• Answer phone calls. Respond to emails.
• Schedule meetings.
• Prepare conference rooms for meetings.
• Make travel arrangements for executives.
• Print and copy documents as needed.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree / Master's degree with 0 - 5 years work experience.

 

 

Job Title: Real Estate Manager

Responsibilities

• Meeting with the owner to discuss plans, events, and general estate requirements.
• Preparing, presenting, and managing budgets.
• Managing the daily operations of the estate including staff schedules, upkeep, and bookings.
• Supervising all ground and house staff and providing training, day-to-day feedback, and performance reviews.
• Managing all maintenance, repairs, and renovations to buildings and estate grounds.

Requirements

Job Title: Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities

• Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent property.
• Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
• Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
