Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Location: Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and ensure high quality is maintained throughout all operations.
  • Assess quality and report issues that occur and ensure corrections are made.
  • Provide guidance and supervise maintenance workers and technicians to ensure good performance delivery.
  • Oversee the consistency of production through a constant check of processes and outputs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by taking their requests into consideration.
  • Maintain a database of all quality reports, reviews, statistics and other documents for future use and reference.
  • Regularly review standards and policies.
  • Provide innovative solutions for problem-solving upon reviewing data.
  • Ensure that all procedures are up to legal standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with external quality assurance managers during on-site inspections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant fields with 2 - 7 years work experience.
  • Prior experience in quality assurance as a manager or other related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and methodologies.
  • Analytical approach with good numerical skill and understanding of statistical analysis.
  • Excellent managerial, leadership and communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and use of software like MS Office.
  • Work with professionalism and integrity.

 

 

 

Job Title: Logistics Manager

Location: Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Select carriers and third-party services and negotiate contracts and rates
  • Schedule all product distribution and coordinate shipments for all locations
  • Ensure all shipments comply with interstate traffic laws and regulations
  • Track and report shipment results
  • Develop and manage logistics KPIs
  • Respond to shipping complaints, lost items, and damages
  • Review and analyze budgets, expenditures, and operations
  • Determine needs for expansion of routes and schedules
  • Supervise and manage the logistics team
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with company processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in the supply chain, transportation, logistics, business, or related field; master’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply management, or a similar role.
  • Experience in industry procedures, costs, and terms
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills

 

 

 

Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Keep in touch with drivers to ensure efficient deliveries.
  • Oversee and control inventory tasks.
  • Maintain and manage the equipment in the warehouse.
  • Impose the company’s rules and regulations.
  • Oversee warehouse employees and manage daily operations. Improve results by assigning tasks to the team properly.
  • Examine tools and equipment conditions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and transport companies.
  • Shortlist, select, motivate and train new employees.
  • Collect feedback and inspect the quality of services provided.
  • Create and maintain the annual budget.
  • Maintain standards of safety, health security, and hygiene.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, and relevant field
  • Must have 2-15 years work experience
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Associate or a similar position.
  • Experience working with warehouse management software and databases.
  • Excellent knowledge of warehousing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Outstanding understanding of warehouse methods for efficient outcomes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage staff and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work for long periods of time including nights and weekends.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively

 

 

 

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Review proposals and confer with management team to develop project objectives and schedule.
  • Assign project responsibilities to development team.
  • Identify and outline project outlines.
  • Review contracting bids.
  • Study project design, customer requests, standards of performance and cost estimates to determine project specifications.
  • Design performance tests and conduct them on projects to assure quality.
  • Monitor project progression, resolve any issues that arise and coordinate team activities to maintain approved schedule.
  • Control project pace and suggest schedule changes as needed.
  • Adhere to establish budget and aid in contractor contract administration.
  • Update management team and other project engineers on project progression, completion and any necessary updates regularly.
  • Adhere to legal and company policies regarding a safe and clean workplace for all team members.
  • Maintain an organized and logical database containing necessary project information and write computer programs for the database as necessary.
  • Comply with all company and federal regulations.
  • Actively contribute to the company’s team oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
  • Must have 3-7 years work experience.
  • Proven working experience as a Project Engineer
  • Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
  • Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
  • Project management and supervision skills
  • Decision making ability and leadership skills
  • Time management and organization skills
