Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Lagos
Job Description
  • To drive the growth and development of profitable revenues for Company’s and thereby significantly contribute to the growth plans of the company.
  • To develop a sales team and complimentary network of distributors and agents capable of creating, finding, negotiating and closing contracts for all Company’s products and targeted industries and geographies.
  • To professionally manage and enhance the reputation and recognition of Company’s brand to maximise business potential.
Requirements Qualification, Knowledge, Experience:
  • Educated to first degree level, preferably Engineering / Business Management.
  • Seven years experience of business development, particularly in the security, defence, oil and gas, and marine industries, in an International setting.
  • Self-starter that requires low maintenance management.
  • Computer literate and an excellent command of the English language.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Team player able to work well under pressure and for long hours in demanding conditions.
  • Proven management capabilities and leadership quality in developing, motivating and driving a team to achieve stretch goals.
  • Strong service-oriented business acumen, excellent business planning and direct sales and marketing skills.

Job Title: Control System (Automation) Engineer Location: Nigeria
Job Description
  • Supervise the execution of automation works, both performed by subcontractors or in direct hiring, ensuring full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures and verify that works are correctly carried out in accordance with project documentation and in the planned time frame.
  • Support the instrumentation subcontractors or the direct hiring personnel ensuring the feasibility (availability of drawings and materials) of the works
Tasks
  • Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected
  • Ensure the fulfilment of the project quality and contractual requirements
  • Verify and confirm the availability of drawings and materials, to plan the efficient execution of the works performed by subcontractors or by direct hiring personnel
  • Assist subcontractors or direct hiring personnel for the correct interpretation of the drawings, providing support in the solution of technical problems
  • Prepare and coordinate the detailed programs for the assigned activities
  • Coordinate automation installation activities with other department construction works
  • Coordinate human and technical resources, indicating any needs or surplus
  • Verify that works are correctly carried out in accordance with the project specifications, highlighting any engineering problems encountered in the field
  • Measure the progress of the works carried out
  • Provide quantitative data for producing weekly progress reports, monitoring the employed manpower
  • Ensure the continuous assessment of the quantities installed

Job Title: Instrument Supervisor Location: Nigeria
Mission
