About the Job

Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.
Designing and coordinating the preparation and ongoing review of policies, procedures, training materials, and other communication tools to ensure departments meet compliance requirements.
Revise procedures and reports periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
Collaborate with corporate counsels and the HR department to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations.
Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside the Zone as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
Supervise compliance officers and team.
Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies.

Requirements

You have proficiency in Audit Command Language.
You have effective communication, collaboration, and presentation skills and good stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
You have at least 5 years’ experience as a compliance officer, compliance manager, or similar position.
You have excellent analytical and organizational skills.
You have a strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations.
You are experienced in the Investigation and Review of Suspicious Transactions, Risk Management, Control, and Internal and Regulatory Compliance.
You have solid AML and compliance Audit knowledge.
