We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Legal Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

  • To provide administrative and operational support to the legal department by managing legal documents, coordinating communication, maintaining organized records, and ensuring smooth workflow to support the department's efficiency and legal compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, document transfers, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Prepare and monitor accurate payment account records/preparing vouchers and CRFs.
  • Prepare and present reports related to payment accounts and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Conduct accurate legal research and gather relevant information to support legal proceedings
  • Maintain files in an orderly manner that expedites retrieval.
  • Typing of basic legal documents and answering of phone/intercom calls.
  • Provide general administrative support/Admin liaison.

  • Experience: 1 year

  • Strong command of the English language.
