Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Utako, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and seizing business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and establishing strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract new clients.
  • Identify and target potential clients, focusing on corporate organizations.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with and lead the sales team to convert leads into valuable clients.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique needs and goals.
  • Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business development presentations and proposals.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven experience in business development, with a minimum of 1 year of relevantexperience in a Travel Agency.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various departments.
  • Professional certificates in business development and level of experience is an added advantage.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prepare a worldclass business proposal with no supervision.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding business development targets.

Salary

  • N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
